I've moved in may from the Netherlands to Cologne into a new apartment without a kitchen and I stumbled on Kuchentraum following a tip from a friend and a Internet search. I went there and I was greeted by a nice atmosphere and welcoming, young staff who had no problem in communicating in english with a foreigner like me. The office chief (herr Menemenci) guided me through all the details of process of designing the perfect kitchen for my ideas and my pockets with an expert and jet attentive hand. In less than an hour we agreed on the design and the details, including the appliances and an extra table. Just four weeks later I had the kitchen mounted in an efficient and complete way. Everything went completely smooth and I'm uber-satisfied with my new kitchen. I have no complaints. Absolutely reccomended.
