If you join us , you'll be based at our headquarters in 's-Heerenberg (Netherlands).

In your position, you will work across Caressi and DPS and serve both Dutch and German-speaking customers. No two days are the same —this varied work makes the job particularly exciting!

What does your workday look like?

Your day:

• You advise and inform our customers in Dutch and German about our product range.
• Together with your office colleagues, you are the first point of contact for all questions regarding product range, orders and delivery conditions.
• You support the planning and implementation of sales campaigns.
• You create and process orders and offers.
• You ensure optimal (technical & commercial) after-sales service and handle complaints.
  
  

As an in-house sales representative

Bring with you:

• Technical expertise and a feel for the commercial aspect of your work;
• Problem-solving skills – you find solutions that the customer may not have thought of yet;
• Empathy – You can put yourself in the customer’s shoes;
• Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken;
• A good dose of humor and perseverance.
